Harvey qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined Fox Hayes in July 2005, from a national conveyancing practice where he had acted for lenders, national estate agency chains and financial services organisations in the provision of conveyancing services. Harvey became a Partner in August 2008.

Harvey manages a team dealing with sale, purchase and remortgage work referred from one of the largest national referrers and estate agency chains.  The team deals with freehold, leasehold, new-build and complex cases such as the Government's “Key-worker” scheme and shared ownership properties.

Harvey also deals with new-build plot sales and purchases and providing technical advice on complex matters to the conveyancing department. He is also involved in training and formulating best practice for the department.

Harvey also carries out private client work on recommendation from established clients and businesses.
