Julie, a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, joined P.T.C. in February 2002, to head up a team dealing with referrals from a large independent estate agency chain. The work is internet based with both the agent and client able to track the case 24 hours a day seven days a week. Julie was promoted to Director on 1st October 2005.
The performance of Julie's team has been a great success story, and the set up and working procedures implemented by Julie are the benchmark for other teams within P.T.C..

The estate agent referrer was awarded the prestigious "Independent UK Estate Agent of the Year" award in 2002. It was acknowledged that Julie's team's performance in providing a slick, but personal and professional service contributed towards the agent's success.

Julie's work involves acting for individuals in Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, new build properties, Leaseholds and shared ownership transactions.
