Maria's work is predominantly, private client work, acting for Clients, from purchases to re-mortagages, in leasehold and freehold transactions. Maria's niche is dealing with leasehold matters which demand specialist expertise, an area she continues to develop.

Maria also acts for small investors in purchasing "buy to let" properties and refinancing their portfolios. Maria, also acts for a number of Landlords who continue to increase their portfolio, and new Landlords who are intending to expand their portfolio. Maria advises them on their obligations as Landlords,  gives advise on HMO's and whether they need to apply for these licences as old or new landlords in the property market.

Maria has now joined  Simon Summerton in acting for the larger investors  and individual investors in bulk off-plan sales, purchases and subsales.
