Richard joined P.T.C. in July 2001, having previously run a branch office for over 10 years at his previous firm.

Richard has joined forces with Simon Summerton to work in unison, drawing on their joint expertise to form a team specialising in representing developers and individual investor clients in bulk off-plan sales and acquisitions.

Richard is well known by agents, brokers and referrers in the region and has established a wide client base.
