Our experience is in acting for both developer and purchasers of new-build properties.
P.T.C. are experts at dealing with plot sales on behalf of developers. We have teams who deal with acquisitions of sites, setting up both freehold and leasehold schemes, advising on planning issues, including appeals etc. We offer a full service for builder clients.
Our specialist new-build team, led by Julia Marshall, acts for buyers throughout the region recommended by major builders, who require their buyers to exchange contracts within 28 days of reservation.
Our systems, relationships with developers and reporting procedures, enable us to work successfully within these timescales.
