As a measure of our success, since the P.T.C. was founded in 2000, it has increased from 12 to over 130 dedicated staff. Our success is based on high-quality staff using modern technology, whilst retaining personal service.

Our market share continues to increase as we strive to out perform our competitors and we continue to recruit high-calibre Managers and Conveyancers, enabling us to maintain high levels of service.

We understand the business and, in particular, the different needs of agents, brokers, developers, lenders and panel referrers, and we tailor our teams and procedures accordingly.
